Here is a set of contracts you can only find in the Philippines.
Cliffs, forests, rice fields, cows… But also winding paths and streets with ancient buildings, cars and trucks. Of course you could fly to the Philippines and take all the kickass photos in the world. Or…. or,. you could save money, because we sent our world class photographer armed with a Mamiya camera and a prime lens to capture this for you. And she did! she came back with 30 80MP, high-resolution, wonderful, 8-bit Tiff backplates perfect for composing (yes, we got the focal point right; yes, we got the angle right; yes, we got everything right). Now it’s up to you to turn those backplates into something even more awesome!
Wondering what 80MP files look like? they look like this (check that 100% crop in the middle of the bridge):
Here are a few interesting facts about the Philippines and composing:
- about 35% of the Philippines population are under 14, and only 4% are over 65 years old.
- You can change the look of any of the backplates using LUT files.
- Philippines capital city has an average of 6 children per family.
- Our back plates are taken from low angles (about 30-60 cm above ground). When you photograph models to be included with those backplates shoot them from a low angle as well.
